With two historic properties across the street from the University of California campus, Westminster House offers student housing of exceptional quality. Open to undergraduates of all backgrounds and perspectives, Westminster House provides a full menu of residential life programming that emphasizes physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual wellness.

Westminster House offers three separate styles of Cal student housing: dorm, apartment and community house. Our residents have the opportunity to engage in all that Cal has to offer from the comfort of a welcoming, responsive, and supportive community.

Regular resident events forge friendships and create a sense of belonging for all. In addition, Westminster House is professionally managed and staffed by Resident Assistants (RAs) on each floor. These RAs are themselves under the guidance of a Resident Life Director. House maintenance is available around the clock.
